The World Cup

Right now the cricket World Cup is going on in Australia and New Zealand. Since I live in Ireland I am supporting them until they get knocked out if they do. But overall I think South Africa will win the world cup this year. They are the team who are most in form in my opinion. Also my favourite cricketer AB de Villiers plays for south Africa. If he is on form along with Hashim Amla, Dale Steyn and Morne Morkel I think no one will be able to defeat them. Although I have named only a few of the  team members the rest of the team are very good players and deserve to win a world cup, also the team they have this year is a young team with not a lot of experience. They also can rotate the team as they have a very good supply of players willing to play. The perfect example of South Africa playing to their full potential was against Ireland. They managed to score  411/4 (50) that is almost at 8.22 runs per over.

                     One team who I feel have under preformed are the West Indies. Chris Gayle their big hitter hasn't preformed well bar one match where he got a double century. They have been beaten by Ireland who aren't even a full associate member. England are another team in my opinion who have underperformed . They have been relegated from the world cup in the group stages.
